The New Ideas Challenge is a search for innovative, pro-growth progressive policy solutions to solve some of America's most pressing challenges -- how to grow the economy, expand opportunity for all and make government work better.
This bi-annual friendly competition between state and local NewDEAL elected leaders helps highlight policies that are working so ideas can spread to spread to cities and states across the country and serve as national models. In the first two challenges, more than 100 ideas have been submitted on topics ranging from how best to foster innovation and provide 21st century education and skills, to modernizing the safety net and our energy and public infrastructure.
Check out all of the ideas in a searchable database at www.newdealleaders.org/ideas.
